To help you decide which options are most applicable we would advise that you consider the following factors;
If you do not know the size of the septic tank you need emptying then choose a size larger than you think you need. This will avoid the necessity for a return journey and additional charge. Our tanker will only remove the volume we quote for. Any additional liquid will have to be agreed with us before continuing.
Most Tankers are fitted with hoses that work best from 6-15 metres. They carry hose lengths that will vacuum up to 24 metres. If you have a septic tank that is located more than this distance from the area where the tanker can safely park to carry out the task effectively let us know beforehand so we may instruct the operative to lay on additional hose before leaving the depot. An additional charge may be levied for this service.
If you have not had the septic tank emptied before, or it is a long time since you had it done, we advise booking the optional Jetting service where hardened deposits that form on the surface (known as a crust), or sludge that partially fills the tank, obstruct effective removal of liquids from the septic tank. This will ensure that you obtain the maximum span between visits.
